The goal of todays cupping was for the jurors to re-familiarize themselves with the scoring sheets, the flow of the cupping sessions as well as an introduction to the coffees.
The same six coffees were cupped in three separate sessions. Two of the coffees had been eliminated by the national jury, two others were of average quality and the other two were in the competition, but blended as to not reveal their true profile. Round one and two the coffees were cupped in the same order, but in round three the coffees were rearranged to test our consistency of scoring.
