The results are in! Jared Gum from Olympia Coffee Roasters reigns as the winner of our second manual brewing battle. The event took place at the Dancing Goats Espresso Bar this past Friday night, with 11 brew-istas battling for the title of best manual brewer. Special thanks go to Oliver Stormshak, of Olympia Coffee Roasters, Bob Benck, green coffee buyer of Batdorf & Bronson® Coffee Roasters and Becky, an audience member who volunteered to judge at the last minute. The coffee that was used was the Colombia Finca La Florida from Olympia Coffee Roasters. Thanks to everyone that participated and watched, for making this a fantastic community event. We look forward to next time!
