Coffee 101 Tastings at Dancing Goats® Coffee are as nuanced and educational as a trip to a winery. Staffers will unpretentiously guide you through samples of fair-trade coffees featuring "intense notes of walnut and chocolate" or "a crisp finish." Free cuppings , including advice on food pairings, are the first Sunday of each month. While you sip, watch the factory floor through a large window to track the beans as they're roasted and processed.
In case you are coming to Olympia for the first time, our Tasting Room is located in our roastery, which is just 200 feet east of the Farmer's Market (another great Olympia attraction). The Tasting Room offers a variety of coffees for you to sample. Visitors may enjoy coffee from the major growing areas of Africa, Indonesia and Latin America.
