ROASTERS NOTES:

Our Capitol blend is one of our historic coffees, having stood the test of time as a fan favorite over the more than thirty years it has been around. It was named for both the street our first coffee shop was built on and the famous Olympia Capitol Dome. It is now a representation of our two roasters being in capitals on either side of the United States.

Affectionately known as our “Long Island Ice tea” coffee, this blend has a little bit of everything in it. Coffees representing each main growing region of the world give this blend great acidity, lingering sweetness, and perfect balance. Hearty and eminently drinkable, Capitol blend consistently shines as an everyday, all-day-coffee choice. Each cup of Capitol blend offers a bright and balanced berry flavor with hints of chocolate and marzipan.
