ROASTER'S NOTES:
The El Suspiro farm is one of eight owned and managed by the Mierisch family in Nicaragua. We have been purchasing coffee from them since 1998, and they are one of our longest running relationship coffees. While this offer from El Suspiro is not a regular to our lineup, coffee from Los Placeres, another Mierisch owned farm in Matagalpa, has been a staple in our Dancing Goats blend for over 20 years.

The cup is delectably sweet and complex. The acidity is reminiscent of green apple with a caramel sweetness. Think caramel covered apple! As the coffee cools the body increased and we are left with a long and lingering almond butter finish. Cheers!
